We stayed here for a quick overnight after visiting Seattle and had such a pleasant stay! The rooms are charming with modern updates and very clean! It was also really well priced and walkable to Starbucks in the morning. Great service and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

What a hidden gem. Beginning with a warm welcome from Sahar to the surprisingly large room with a great view this exceeded our expectations. We actually stayed an extra day we liked it so much. Perfect location in beautiful Kirkland (tons of great restaurants) - 100% recommend this boutique hotel. Simple, tasteful, no frills - spotless room. I wish there was one everywhere we traveled.

Very quiet hotel and walking distance to a couple small cafes and Starbucks. Although the cramped parking lot was full, we didn’t hear a single other person during our stay. No slamming doors, no kids, no TVs. It was great! Third floor room kinda has a view of the lake and a long balcony that is shared by all the guests on that side. Virtual check in was easy, our key was on the front desk. WiFi code is never changed so it’s printed on the room key (a security risk especially in a tech town). The room is very spacious and bright, but had some quirks - the drawers and cabinets were missing handles, making them impossible to open. Off white carpet goes all the way to the door (usually the room’s entry area has a more durable flooring). There was an electric standing desk and perks like water, coffee, Pringles and cans of sparkling water and soda. The bed was comfortable and the Fire TV had been left logged in to a prior guest’s Netflix (thanks Katie). We were disappointed to find some hair on the shower wall. Room is generally clean but felt hastily constructed with baseboard damage, odd-fitting furniture, and stains on the carpet. Interior decor gave me flashbacks to my work trips in Shanghai and Shenzhen: the initial look of posh but limited by a budget that shows in disproportionate furnishings, a night stand with a crooked drawer, and bare walls that give your eyes some relief from the faded artwork. The grounds are interesting but not really for guests to use. The back area with the large garage does have a dog run area (but no poop bags) and the garage appears to be for storage. No walking paths but there was a rigid-looking metal patio set. Overall it’s a value option, unique and worth the stay if you temper expectations.

A gem. The hotel location was great for us. It was 20m from Woodinville, which is where my kid lives. Downtown Kirkland was easy to get to. It was also a short, 30-minute drive to the famous Pike Place Market and the aquarium in Seattle. The hotel has a safe and comfortable feel, like staying at a friend's house. The on-site manager is easily accessible, she provides her phone number with check-in. We checked in after 11 pm so our key awaited us at the front counter. There is a code to get into the door in the free parking area. There is a fruit bowl and water at the front counter. The Queen bed was very comfy. We did not have a balcony view, we had a small one-bed, with a small kitchen area, a mini fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Very clean! Nice big windows. The hotel was booked but we never saw anyone, I like that. We only used the hotel for sleeping so if you need more attention or entertainment this may not be for you. We were supplied towels but I did notice our AC was turned off. I didn't mind we were gone all day. We will stay here the next time we visit! OH, and a big plus for us, was having a gas station and shopping plazas across the street.

I was pleasantly surprised with this stay! I was getting ICL surgery down the road at Sharpe and so I needed a place to park my vehicle until check-in. They were kind enough to let me park in the underground covered area early in the morning (0900). After my surgery, I was allowed to check-in a bit earlier. The room was great and way more spacious than I needed for just me. The thing that I was most excited about was the hand soap in the bathroom. I have traveled everywhere and never have I ever been somewhere that supplied legitimate hand soap. That was a great thought. The room also had a nice TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker with pods and creamer, two bottles of water, soda and sparkling water in the fridge, biscotti biscuits, and two wine glasses - all free of charge. If you need to work, the room also had a wonderful sit/stand desk and comfy chair. It was a great stay and very well-priced. FYI that across the street are coffee shops, cafes and a market. By the way, you will need to contact the phone number listed - I called but she mentioned texting was fine too. The front desk also has candy bowls and fruit bowls :)

I can't say enough good things about this lovely and comfortable boutique hotel. First of all Sahar, who greeted me and allowed me to check in a little early is a delight. My dog and I both fell in love with her. She was helpful kind sweet and professional. The room was so cozy and comforting and with a view of the lake. Everything just felt like home. The amenities are great and they go that little extra mile. This is a small boutique hotel and so they have the time to make it special. Additionally Chelsea and Zachary we're extremely friendly and it is obviously take pride in really making sure the rooms are clean and perfect for the next guest! Even under the bed. Something many hotels forget about. This is going to be my go-to place from now on anytime I'm in Kirkland or have to go to Seattle for anything. It is also in a great area where there are shops and places to eat that you can walk to or drive to. Parking in the garage underneath is great and this is the secured entrance so safety is great. My dog Buddy loved it and every time we went downstairs, he ran to greet Sahar. Thank you for the lovely stay. It was probably one of my best experiences staying in a hotel and I've stayed in many. I look forward to coming back. Next time it will just be for a little mini vacation!
